·         individuals willing to voluntarily get documentary evidence proving that their professional training or competence conform to the requirements of the professional standard relevant to their present or desired position (profession);

·         officials, specialists, heads of labor collectives, separate categories of personnel;

·         separate labor collectives in reference to the whole HR capacity or some part of it;

·         separate categories of employees.

Having this certificate significantly increases the performance and accountability of personnel.
