According to the current russian legislation, complex in terms of technological parameters production facilities, operation of which is accompanied by an increased risk of accidents, must necessarily meet regulatory and technical requirements of industrial safety and have a permit for use (permission of Rostechnadzor).
Examination of industrial safety is a standard procedure conducted by independent licensed experts. It is necessary to check and confirm the compliance of the hazardous facility with approved regulations ensuring long-term safe operation. In addition, the expertise helps identify possible risks and prevent the occurrence of accidents.
Rules of industrial safety expertise are regulated by Federal Law 116-FZ and documents of Rostechnadzor.
It is mandatory to confirm compliance with safety requirements for hazardous buildings, structures, technical equipment, design and other documentation related to the use of production facilities of high risk.
