What does certification provide?

The certificate doesn't ensure that quality of the provided services or the goods produced by the company is appropriate, but it is the guarantor that the company take care of quality of the provided services or products produced. Moreover, management of the company becomes transparent because standards (rules, instructions), which are accepted by the company and guide senior managers, are described in special procedures, techniques, working instructions, schemes, forms. They are called "standards, national standards, the international standards". Each ordinary inhabitant can search and see that effective management of the company is possible when the necessary documents present: for example quality manual and manual for management of documentation. If the organization has such documents, it becomes clear to any inhabitant that this company works according to the international standards and that management system was implemented properly.
